MENTORSHIP

If only one had a mentor, free from ego and single dimension process...

The establishment of a mentorship program within any viable organization can be the key component to its survival and the internalization of the mission.  With a unique approach, the individual mentor is equipped with the requisite skill set to then serve as the “train the trainers” for the rest of the organization. General operators then become skilled experts in a specific craft, to only then pass the proverbial baton to the next in line, in a wholesome fashion; free from the temptation of false incentives, yet worthy of genuine emulation. This remains as a tenet of a healthy environment, capable of aiding the longevity of the system in which it exists.
