Service Description

The presentation is applicable to sworn/civilian personnel, first responders, military veterans, private security groups, spouses/significant others, mental health specialists, etc. We've witnessed attendees shed tears from reflection, to laughter from the belly, and motivation like never seen before! Tom actually prefers attendees to bring along family! We've attached his virtual introduction he provides to folks for you to acquaint yourself with his background and purpose too! Operation L.E.A.D. is an innovative approach to leadership by performing surgery on the word into four parts, then collectively building the ability back TOGETHER as a group. "L" is for learning to learn again: the way we've always done things is challenged by learning about our industry, our abilities, and our purpose from a whole new outlook. This is often the moment the participant realizes many of his/her potentials can be unlocked by learning about themselves and others from a different approach. "E" is to keep/restore our engagement with our purpose and with our relationships by having enough ENERGY, fueled by EMPATHY...This block is the basis of connection and often brings about the restoration and/or forgiveness of failures. The exploration of using newfound techniques to connect with our communities, our stakeholders, our colleagues, our subordinates, and especially our loved ones will be covered. "A" is about Advancement of PERSPECTIVE...Various strategies for mental health, resilience, and a reintroduction to our WHY will be covered in-depth as one will certainly be tasked to analyze their outlook. Mechanisms to effectuate positive change and behaviors upon those we lead will be provided with tangible examples of how to practically apply them. "D" is about self-DISCIPLINE...to either work toward what we desire or the lack thereof (or too much rigidity) being the cause of our own detriment. This block covers the establishment of healthy habits to persevere through challenging times, how to set positive examples as a leader, how to resolve conflicts of inequities, and to restore integrity within our ranks.
